Synopsis

India's luxury housing market took a notable step forward as Investor Home Solutions (IHS) brought together over 2,000 high-net-worth investors at an exclusive branded residences investor meet in New Delhi. Held at Yashobhoomi, the event focused on ultra-luxury and branded residential developments, highlighting their emergence as a distinct investment asset class. The meet emphasised investment trends, global standards, and long-term value rather than conventional property sales. IHS said it is targeting INR 5,000 crore worth of ultra-luxury home transactions in Gurugram this year, reflecting strong investor interest. Discussions revealed a growing preference for brand-backed assurance, asset credibility, and globally benchmarked living. The event underscored rising demand for branded residences in India's premium real estate landscape.

India's luxury housing segment marked a key development as Investor Home Solutions (IHS) brought together more than 2,000 high-net-worth investors from multiple industries at a single event in the national capital. The investor meet was held on January 10 at Yashobhoomi, New Delhi, and focused exclusively on the growing segment of branded residences.

According to the company, this was the first time such a large, cross-sector group of investors convened around branded luxury housing in India. The event moved away from traditional property showcases and instead focused on investment-led discussions, market trends, and the evolution of ultra-luxury residential assets. It highlighted rising demand for globally benchmarked homes that combine premium living with brand-backed assurance.

Investor Home Solutions stated that it is targeting 5,000 crore worth of ultra-luxury residential transactions in Gurugram during the current year, underlining the city's emergence as a key destination for high-end real estate investments.

Kanwar Pal Singh, Founder of Investor Home Solutions, said the investor meet reflected a shift in India's residential market, where luxury housing is gaining prominence as a distinct investment category. He said the initiative created a platform for investors to explore opportunities in branded residences, which are expected to play a growing role in the country's premium housing landscape.

A key feature of the event was the introduction of branded and luxury residential developments, offering participants insights into upcoming projects positioned in the ultra-premium segment. Investors from diverse sectors attended the meet to gain a better understanding of branded living concepts, pricing dynamics, and long-term value potential.

Tridev Kapoor, Director Sales at Investor Home Solutions, said discussions at the event indicated a change in investor expectations. He noted that buyers in the ultra-luxury segment are increasingly focused on factors such as asset credibility, global standards, and long-term value, beyond design and aesthetics. According to him, branded residences address these requirements by combining real estate with established brand identity.

The company said the event was organised without public promotions and was designed to maintain a high level of exclusivity. It positioned branded residences as a separate asset class within India's luxury property market, supported by growing investor awareness and demand.

Through this initiative, Investor Home Solutions said it aims to strengthen investor education and engagement in the premium housing space. The company added that its focus remains on providing market insights, curated access, and structured investment opportunities to support the expansion of branded and luxury residential developments in India.
