Alliance City Developers Realtors Pvt. Ltd., a prominent real estate developer in Mumbai, has achieved a significant milestone with MahaRERA approvals for two premium residential developments 22 Alliance House and Alliance Tanvi located in the prime locality of Vile Parle East. In a notable move, Alliance City Developers pursued voluntary RERA registration for both projects, despite neither being legally required to do so.
