New Consolidated Construction Company Ltd (NCCCL) has secured a construction contract valued at INR 112.5 crore from Lodha Developers for a residential project in Alibaug near Mumbai. The mandate covers the construction of Tower 1 along with associated non-tower ancillary structures, spanning a total built-up area of approximately 7.26 lakh sq ft. Awarded through a competitive bidding process, the project is scheduled to commence around mid-January 2026 with an execution timeline of nearly 24 months. As part of the mandate, NCCCL will undertake the construction of Tower 1 along with associated non-tower ancillary structures within the residential project. The scope of work covers a total built-up area of approximately 7.26 lakh sq ft, reflecting the scale and complexity of the assignment. The contract was awarded through a competitive bidding process, highlighting NCCCL's technical capabilities and execution credentials in a highly contested environment.
Construction activities at the Alibaug site are expected to commence around mid-January 2026. The estimated execution period for the project is approximately 24 months, during which NCCCL will be responsible for delivering the structure in line with the developer's quality benchmarks and project timelines. The contract value of INR 112.5 crore is exclusive of applicable taxes.
This latest order marks NCCCL's third engagement with the Lodha Group, one of India's leading real estate developers. Previously, NCCCL successfully completed a large residential project at Palava, spanning nearly 13 lakh sq ft across 11 towers. The company has also executed a commercial building project for the group in Thane. These repeat assignments underscore the long-standing professional relationship between the two companies and reflect client confidence in NCCCL's execution capabilities.
