ITC Hotels has opened a 42-key boutique property, Storii Akanni Naina Tikkar, in Himachal Pradesh. The announcement was made this week and adds to the company's growing Storii brand, which focuses on smaller, experience-based leisure hotels. The property has been designed to reflect the calm surroundings of the mountains and the cultural feel of the region. ITC Hotels' Managing Director Anil Chadha said the company aimed to offer stays that feel personal and connected to the local environment. The launch supports the brand's steady expansion in leisure destinations.
ITC Hotels announced this week that it has opened a new 42-key boutique property, Storii Akanni Naina Tikkar, in Himachal Pradesh. The new hotel expands the Storii brand, which the company has been developing steadily in recent years to cater to guests seeking smaller, nature-focused stays. Previous Storii openings have followed a similar approach, with properties located in quiet hill and coastal regions.
In its statement, the company said it was pleased to introduce its hospitality standards to the Naina Tikkar location. Managing Director Anil Chadha noted that the design of the property aims to reflect the peaceful surroundings of the mountains and the cultural warmth of the local community. He also explained that the stay experience has been planned to feel personal, sensorial, and connected to the region's character.
The new addition strengthens ITC Hotels' position in the boutique leisure segment. The company has been gradually increasing its presence in destinations known for natural landscapes and local traditions, and the launch of Storii Akanni Naina Tikkar continues that direction in a consistent and focused manner.
