Mumbai-based Arkade Developers Ltd recorded an increase in its consolidated net profit during the past quarter, supported by higher income from operations. The real estate firm reported improved earnings compared with the same period last year, reflecting the steady demand for its residential projects. The company has already delivered more than 5.5 million square feet of real estate developments, with another 2 million square feet currently under construction.
Arkade Developers Ltd, a Mumbai-headquartered real estate company, reported a 6 per cent rise in its consolidated net profit to INR 45.80 crore for the quarter ended in September, attributing the growth to higher revenue generation. In the same quarter a year ago, the company had recorded a net profit of INR 43.36 crore.
As per a recent regulatory filing, the firm's total income increased to INR 264.82 crore during the July-September period of the current financial year, up from INR 203.33 crore reported during the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal.
Arkade Developers has so far completed projects totalling over 5.5 million square feet of real estate space, while another 2 million square feet remains under active development.
The latest quarterly results underscored Arkade Developers' consistent financial growth, supported by a healthy revenue stream and ongoing construction activity. The company's expanding development footprint and strong operational performance reflect sustained demand within Mumbai's residential property market, positioning Arkade Developers for continued progress in the upcoming quarters.
