Bengaluru based Prestige Group is gearing up to complete and deliver their most ambitious project to date, the 32-acre Prestige Jindal City in Bengaluru. In a recent press release the company announced the launch of new projects in Bengaluru and Cochin. Prestige Willow Tree in Vidyaranyapura, Bengaluru will be a 6-acre residential complex and a 28-acre plotted land project called Prestige Park Drive will be developed in two phases near Bengaluru's Kempegowda International Airport. Prestige Hillside Gateway located in Kakkanad, Cochin will comprise of 4-bedroom luxury villas and 1 to 4 bedroom flats.
Bengaluru based Prestige Group is gearing up to launch several new projects in India in the coming months. Apart from the new launches, they are also completing and delivering one of their most ambitious projects to date called Prestige Jindal City in Bengaluru. This project has been built across 32 acres and will contain over 3,000 residential units. Phase 1 was delivered earlier this year and Phase 2 is scheduled to be delivered by the year end as per data uploaded on the Karnataka RERA website.
Riding on the success of the last two years, on completing and handing over more than 12.64 million square feet of residential property space by the year end, the company aspires to set a benchmark for itself and contribute positively to the upturn in the real estate market cycle. This month, a variety of projects that embody the essence of "Prestige" are to be formally inaugurated, finished, and handed over on various dates.
A residential complex by the name of Prestige Willow Tree will be launched and constructed in the Vidyaranyapura neighbourhood of Bengaluru. Spread across six acres of land, the project will feature homes with one-, two-, three-, and three-bedroom apartments plus additional maid’s rooms. The 28-acre Prestige Park Drive will be developed in two phases near Bengaluru's Kempegowda International Airport. The project is set to be a 468-plot planned development with all utilities and a plethora of lifestyle amenities. The development hope to attract investors by offering strong returns on investment. Lastly, Prestige Hillside Gateway situated in Kakkanad, a sought-after area close to Infopark, SmartCity, and the Cochin Special Economic Zone will be built as residential complex consisting of 4-bedroom luxury villas and 1-, 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom flats.
