Prestige Estates Projects Ltd reported a substantial increase in sales bookings during the second quarter of this fiscal year, achieving a 50% rise to INR 6,017.3 crore. The company attributed this growth to strong housing demand across various markets and segments, which supported higher pre-sales activity.

During the quarter, Prestige sold 2,069 units, with total sales volume reaching 4.42 million sq ft, marking a 47% year-on-year increase. The average realisation for apartments rose 8% year-on-year to INR 14,906 per sq ft, while plot realisations saw a sharp 43% increase to INR 9,510 per sq ft, reflecting growing interest in both residential and land properties.

For the first half of the fiscal year, Prestige achieved record sales of INR 18,143.7 crore, up 157% compared with the same period last year. This performance allowed the company to exceed its full-year FY25 sales. The total sales volume during this period reached 13.96 million sq ft, with 6,788 units sold, highlighting the company's broad-based growth across its portfolio.

Irfan Razack, Chairman and Managing Director of Prestige Group, noted that the company delivered an outstanding first half, marked by record sales and strong collections. He highlighted that the growth came from multiple geographies, with Bengaluru, NCR, and Mumbai all showing exceptional performance.

As of June 2025, Prestige Group had successfully delivered 307 projects spanning 199 million sq ft. The company currently has a pipeline of 132 projects covering 200 million sq ft, indicating sustained development activity and an extensive presence in major markets.
