Keystone Realtors reported a 9 per cent increase in its sales bookings during the second quarter of the fiscal, reaching INR 763 crore compared to INR 700 crore in the same period last year. The company stated in a regulatory filing that the growth was supported by healthy demand for its properties across its projects.

For the first half of the fiscal, the company's sales bookings rose 40 per cent to INR 1,831 crore, up from INR 1,311 crore in the corresponding period of the previous year. This rise reflects consistent interest from buyers and steady absorption of properties across key markets.

Mumbai-based Keystone Realtors markets its properties under the Rustomjee brand and has established itself as one of the leading developers in the country. Over the years, the company has focused on residential developments catering to mid- and premium-segment buyers, offering a mix of apartments and housing projects in urban centers. Its strong pre-sales performance underlines the resilience of its business model and the appeal of its offerings among homebuyers.

Keystone's quarterly growth comes after several developers reported improved sales in recent months, indicating a gradual recovery in the residential real estate sector. Analysts note that increasing buyer confidence, coupled with attractive property options and financing availability, has supported demand in several metropolitan and emerging cities.
