Inox Green Energy Services has signed an agreement with a major Indian conglomerate to operate and maintain 182 MW of operational wind projects in Western India. The pact involves converting a limited-scope O&M contract for 82 MW to a comprehensive one, as well as an early renewal for another 100 MW of projects. This agreement, which spans the entire life of the projects, reinforces Inox Green's position as a major service provider in India's renewable power sector, with over 5 GW of assets under management.
Inox Green Energy Services, a renewable power operations and maintenance (O&M) service provider in India with over 5 GW of renewable assets under management, announced a new pact with a large Indian conglomerate on August 12, 2025. The agreement is to operate and maintain 182 MW of operational wind projects, which are spread across multiple sites in Western India and are connected to the common infrastructure owned by Inox Green.
The pact converts a limited-scope O&M agreement for 82 MW to a comprehensive one. It also includes the early renewal of a comprehensive O&M agreement for another 100 MW of wind projects, which was finalized well ahead of its due date. The new pact will cover the entire life of the wind projects.
S. K. Mathu Sudhana, CEO of Inox Green, stated that the agreement was a key moment for the company. He added that with the signing of the pact, their entire fleet with this major customer was now back in their fold. Inox Green Energy Services is primarily engaged in providing long-term O&M services for renewable energy projects, which are crucial for the long-term sustainability of wind and solar assets.
