This performance comes despite market disruptions in the early part of the quarter. The Mumbai-based real estate firm aims to meet its annual sales bookings target of INR 21,000 crore for FY26. The company also states it has strengthened its launch pipeline, indicating continued confidence in housing demand.
Lodha Developers Ltd., one of the leading real estate firms in the country has recently reported an increase in its sales bookings. For the first quarter of the current fiscal year, the Mumbai-based company saw its sales figures rise, driven by housing demand. This information was shared in a regulatory filing on Monday.
Lodha Developers achieved pre-sales of INR 4,450 crore in the first quarter of fiscal year 2026. This represents a 10% year-on-year growth. The company stated that this growth occurred despite the impact of geopolitical tensions in the first half of the quarter, which resulted in a period of reduced activity for approximately two weeks.
Lodha Developers also stated it would meet its sales bookings target of INR 21,000 crore for the current fiscal year. The company also stated that it has further strengthened its launch pipeline for the current fiscal year, based on business development achieved during the June quarter. This keeps them on track to achieve their FY26 pre-sales guidance.
