ITC Hotels is expanding in West Bengal with the launch of its first 'Mementos' brand property in Siliguri, through a management deal with LR Berlia Group. Located near Bagdogra airport, the 180-room luxury hotel targets both business and leisure travellers. This marks the brand's debut in eastern India and reflects ITC's focus on premium offerings. With this addition, ITC now operates six hotels in the state and has six more in development. Once completed, the company will manage 12 properties across West Bengal, totaling 1,540 rooms. The move strengthens ITC Hotels' presence in the region and supports its strategy of blending luxury with strategic locations.

ITC Hotels has unveiled plans to expand its footprint in West Bengal by introducing its first 'Mementos' brand property in Siliguri. The company announced that it has formalised a management agreement with the LR Berlia Group, which has developed the property near Bagdogra airport in north Bengal.


According to ITC Hotels Managing Director Anil Chadha, the agreement marks the debut of the 'Mementos' brand in eastern India, highlighting the company's focus on expanding its luxury segment. The Siliguri property, comprising 180 rooms, is expected to attract both business and leisure travellers, given its strategic location and extensive amenities.

With the addition of the Siliguri hotel, ITC Hotels is now operating six properties in West Bengal, with another six projects under development. Once all properties become operational, the hospitality chain will oversee 12 properties across 12 locations in the state, offering a combined capacity of 1,540 keys across multiple brands.

The introduction of the 'Mementos' brand in Siliguri signifies ITC Hotels' commitment to expanding its premium offerings in West Bengal, a market where the brand already has a significant presence. The management agreement with the LR Berlia Group not only extends ITC's reach in the state but also reinforces its strategy of integrating luxury with strategic locations.
