The Asian Development Bank (ADB) is collaborating with the Nagpur Municipal Corporation (NMC) to develop a comprehensive framework for Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) zones around key metro stations. Recognizing that TOD impacts multiple domains-urban planning, transport, housing, and public utilities-the NMC plans to involve all relevant departments in the process.
