Bhutani Infra has partnered with Yashoda Hospital to co-develop a large-scale, AI-driven mixed-use project in Greater Noida West, with an estimated investment of INR 1,000 crore, excluding the land cost. The collaboration will result in a futuristic campus featuring a hospital, a 5-star hotel, office and retail spaces. Yashoda Hospital, which owns the 10.25-acre site, will oversee the medical infrastructure, aiming to revolutionise healthcare delivery through predictive and preventive technology. Bhutani Infra, known for several developments in Delhi-NCR, is also co-developing the Noida International Film City with Bayview Projects, promoted by filmmaker Boney Kapoor.
In a recent development, real estate firm Bhutani Infra entered into a strategic partnership with Yashoda Hospital to develop a cutting-edge mixed-use campus in Greater Noida West, involving an investment of approximately INR 1,000 crore, excluding the land value.
As per an official statement released earlier this week, Bhutani Infra confirmed its collaboration with Yashoda Hospital to create an AI-integrated project, which will include a hospital, a luxury 5-star hotel, retail zones, and office spaces. The project is set to rise on a 10.25-acre plot owned by Yashoda Hospital.
When approached for comment, Ashish Bhutani, CEO of Bhutani Infra, mentioned that the company had joined hands with Yashoda Hospital to bring the vision of this innovative project to life. He stated that the campus would blend healthcare and lifestyle infrastructure, offering world-class facilities in a single, unified environment.
The hospital component of the project will be overseen and managed by Yashoda Hospital, which aims to deliver an evolved form of healthcare. According to Dr P N Arora, Chairman of Yashoda Group of Hospitals, the future of healthcare lies in a proactive model that anticipates patient needs before symptoms even manifest. He expressed that the upcoming campus will fulfil this vision by embedding AI-driven healthcare solutions seamlessly into daily life.
Bhutani Infra continues to expand its footprint in the National Capital Region, having already delivered multiple commercial and mixed-use developments. The developer is also co-developing the Noida International Film City under Bayview Projects, a venture backed by renowned filmmaker Boney Kapoor. The ambitious film city project, spanning 1,000 acres with a first phase of 230 acres in Sector 21 on the Yamuna Expressway, carries a projected cost of INR 1,510 crore and is expected to be delivered over an eight-year timeline.
The project stands as a testament to the evolving expectations of urban spaces where luxury, commerce, and wellness are no longer separate entities but part of a cohesive ecosystem. This development, alongside Bhutani's ongoing ventures like the Noida International Film City, underlines the firm's growing influence in shaping next-generation infrastructure across the region.
