The Kolkata Municipal Corporation (KMC) has made it compulsory for all under-construction buildings across the city to display information boards containing key project details. According to the new directive, real estate promoters must clearly display the sanctioned building plan number, the name of the architect or licensed building surveyor (LBS), and the height of the building.
