The Uttar Pradesh Housing Board is set to release more than 150 residential plots in Siddharth Vihar, Ghaziabad, aiming to meet the growing demand for affordable housing in the region. Spanning over 635 acres along the Delhi-Meerut Expressway, the township offers strategic connectivity to key areas in the National Capital Region (NCR). It is approximately a 30-minute drive from Noida City Centre and Connaught Place, making it an attractive option for homebuyers seeking proximity to Delhi.
In terms of transportation, Siddharth Vihar benefits from its close proximity to Ghaziabad Rapid Rail and Shaheed Sthal (New Bus Adda) metro stations, both located less than 5 kilometers away. To further enhance accessibility, the Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) plans to connect the township to the Hindon Elevated Road via a 24-meter road and a cloverleaf interchange on the Delhi or UP Gate carriageway. Additionally, a bridge over the Hindon River is proposed to link Siddharth Vihar with trans-Hindon areas, improving connectivity to Greater Noida West and the upcoming Noida International Airport.
Despite being approximately 30% developed, Siddharth Vihar has become a preferred residential destination due to its strategic location and ongoing infrastructure developments. Last year, the Housing Board increased the circle rate for plots in the township by INR 6,180 per square meter, bringing the rate to INR 65,000 per square meter. Currently, a 100-square-meter plot in Siddharth Vihar is priced around INR 65 lakh.
Over 40,000 residents have already moved into various housing projects within Siddharth Vihar, including Brahmaputra, Kanshiram Yojna, Ganga, Yamuna, and Hindon towers, all developed by the Housing Board. These developments have contributed to the township's growing appeal among homebuyers and investors alike.
With the Uttar Pradesh Housing Board's upcoming release of over 150 residential plots, the township is poised to attract more homebuyers and investors. As connectivity improves and the area continues to develop, Siddharth Vihar is set to play a significant role in meeting the housing needs of the National Capital Region.
