Bengaluru-based Bagmane Group has reportedly acquired a prime land parcel in Sector 21, Dwarka for approximately INR 1,500 crore, marking its entry into the Delhi real estate market. The mixed-use plot, offered by the Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA), permits both residential and commercial development and is located adjacent to a metro station. While the developer has not yet announced specific plans, the site's proximity to the Dwarka Expressway and Urban Extension Road-2 enhances its strategic value. Known for its Grade A office projects in Bengaluru, Bagmane's move signals a broader national expansion.

Bengaluru based Bagmane Group is set to develop railway land in Sector 21, Dwarka. According to multiple sources, the company has acquired a land parcel in the region for an alleged sum of INR 1,500 crore. The land parcel in question is said to allow both residential and commercial development. The developer has not disclosed any development plans for the moment.


In 2023, the Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA), a statutory authority of India Railways, opened bids to develop over 1,24,000 square kilometres of land in Sector 21, Dwarka. The land parcel, adjoining the local metro station, was offered up for mixed use development.

Sector 21 is an up and coming hub in the region, with multiple commercial and residential projects underway. The area has seen a recent rise in interest on account of infrastructure projects such as the Dwarka Expressway and the Urban Extension Road-2. Both are expected to greatly improve connectivity between Dwarka, central Delhi and Gurugram. The area is currently served by the Blue Line and Airport Express Line of the Delhi Metro.

Notable developments in the region include Pacific D21 Mall and DDA's residential development Delhi Swarka Awas Yojna.
