In a significant development, the Trump Organization is set to make its debut in Qatar's real estate market through a collaboration with Qatari Diar and Dar Global. The partnership aims to develop the Trump International Golf Club and Trump Villas within the expansive Simaisma masterplan, located approximately 40 kilometers north of Doha.
The Simaisma development, spearheaded by Qatari Diar, encompasses an area of 8 million square meters. Within this, the Trump-branded segment will occupy around 790,000 square meters, featuring an 18-hole golf course, a clubhouse, and luxury beachfront villas. The broader project also includes the "Land of Legends" theme park, hospitality zones, a yacht marina, and various cultural and retail spaces.
This venture marks the Trump Organization's first foray into Qatar, expanding its presence in the Gulf region. Previously, the organization has engaged in projects in Dubai, Jeddah, Riyadh, and Oman through partnerships with Dar Global, the international arm of Saudi Arabia's Dar Al Arkan.
Abdullah bin Hamad Al Attiyah, Chairman of Qatari Diar, expressed enthusiasm about the collaboration, highlighting its alignment with Qatar's vision for sustainable and luxurious urban development. Eric Trump, Executive Vice President of the Trump Organization, emphasized the project's commitment to quality and elegance. Ziad El Chaar, CEO of Dar Global, noted that the development would set new standards for ultra-luxury coastal living in the region.
The partnership between Qatari Diar, Dar Global, and the Trump Organization signifies a notable addition to Qatar's luxury real estate landscape. As the Simaisma project progresses, it is poised to enhance the country's appeal as a destination for high-end tourism and investment.
