An RHB official mentioned that the launch of these schemes is anticipated by June. Furthermore, preparations are underway for a scheme comprising 60 flats in Sector 26 of Pratap Nagar. These developments are part of RHB's broader strategy to expand housing options across Rajasthan, including plans for new schemes in Udaipur, Barmer, Kota, and Hanumangarh. These upcoming projects will offer both flats and independent housing options, catering to various income groups such as Economically Weaker Sections (EWS), Low-Income Groups (LIG), MIG, and High-Income Groups (HIG).?

By offering affordable housing options in well-connected areas, RHB aims to make homeownership accessible to a broader segment of the population.
