Hero Realty Pvt Ltd, backed by Sunil Kant Munjal's Hero Enterprise, has announced plans to invest INR 3,078 crore in a premium residential project located in Sector 104, Gurugram, along the Dwarka Expressway. This venture marks the second collaboration between Hero Realty and Gurugram-based Saheb Enterprise, aiming to develop approximately 3 million square feet of residential space across 11 acres. The collaboration between Hero Realty and Saheb Enterprise is anticipated to significantly enhance their market presence in Gurugram. The development is strategically located with easy access to National Highway 48 and the Northern Peripheral Road, positioning it as a prime residential destination in the rapidly developing Dwarka Expressway corridor.
Dharmesh Shah, CEO of Hero Realty, expressed confidence in the project's potential to increase their market share in Gurugram over the coming years. He emphasized that this venture aligns with their strategy of deepening their presence across key real estate micro-markets, aiming to offer elevated living experiences that resonate with evolving lifestyles.
Hero Realty has previously delivered over 6 million square feet of residential space and currently has an additional 5 million square feet under development. The company is also considering an initial public offering (IPO) in the next few years, reflecting its growth trajectory and commitment to expanding its footprint in the real estate sector.
By partnering with Saheb Enterprise, Hero Realty aims to create a landmark development that offers modern living spaces equipped with world-class amenities.
