Designed by RCR Arquitectes and engineered by WSP and Arup, the building will include private terraces, lush gardens, and a unique stainless steel mesh facade inspired by traditional Arabian architecture. Residents will enjoy exclusive amenities such as a wellness spa, private cinema, restaurant, and inner courtyards. The project is set for completion in 2028.

Dubai is adding a new architectural wonder to its skyline. The Muraba Veil, a slim and striking new residential tower. Set to rise along the Dubai Water Canal, this unique skyscraper will reach a height of 380 meters (1,247 feet) and will be just 22.5 meters (73 feet) wide, making it one of the thinnest skyscrapers in the world.

The tower will have 74 floors above ground and five basement levels. It will include 131 luxurious apartments with 2, 3, 4, and 5 bedrooms. Each home is designed to feel like a garden villa in the sky, with large terraces that create a strong connection to nature. Prices for these homes will start at AED 18 million.

This project is a collaboration between Muraba and the internationally known Spanish architecture firm RCR Arquitectes. Top engineering firms WSP and Arup are also involved. The total value of the project is estimated at AED 775.8 million (about USD 211.2 million), according to the Dubai Land Department.

The Muraba Veil is inspired by traditional Arabian homes, which often blend indoor and outdoor spaces and include natural elements like gardens and water features. The building will include private green areas, pools, and courtyards with shaded seating ? all designed to give residents a peaceful and luxurious environment.

One of the most eye-catching aspects of the building will be its exterior. The tower will be wrapped in a movable stainless steel mesh inspired by Mashrabiya ? a traditional Middle Eastern wooden screen that provides privacy and blocks sunlight while allowing air to flow through. This design pays tribute to regional heritage while also helping to reduce the need for air conditioning by encouraging natural ventilation. Residents will even be able to adjust the screens to control how much they can see in or out of their homes.

The Muraba Veil will offer more than just stylish living it promises a luxurious lifestyle with exclusive amenities. Residents will enjoy a private underground wellness spa, a residents-only cinema, a fine-dining restaurant, and serene inner courtyards with lush greenery and swimming pools, all designed to create a peaceful retreat in the heart of the city.

Construction is expected to be completed by December 2028. Once finished, the Muraba Veil will become one of Dubai's most prestigious addresses and a symbol of the city's continued push for architectural innovation and luxury living.

This announcement highlights Dubai's ongoing mission to be a global leader in bold, sustainable, and culturally rooted design. The Muraba Veil blends modern engineering with tradition, offering residents both cutting-edge comfort and a strong connection to local heritage.
