Gudi Padwa, the traditional Maharashtrian New Year, is a symbol of fresh beginnings, growth, and prosperity. Acknowledging this spirit, Jitendra Mehta, President of CREDAI MCHI Thane, reaffirmed the organisation's commitment to fostering sustainable, affordable, and high-quality housing in Thane.
Thane's real estate sector has flourished due to its strategic location, excellent connectivity, and expanding infrastructure, making it a favoured destination for homebuyers and investors. Incoming President Sachin Mirani highlighted this progress, attributing the sector's growth to the increasing demand for residential and commercial properties.
Manish Khandelwal, Hon. Secretary of CREDAI MCHI Thane, expressed optimism regarding the future of Thane's real estate sector. Meanwhile, the incoming Hon. Secretary, Faiyaz Virani, emphasised the organisation's commitment to transparency, accountability, and ethical business practices to safeguard the interests of members and customers.
Jitendra Mehta further stated that CREDAI MCHI Thane will continue collaborating with the government, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders to address industry challenges and cultivate a favourable business environment.
