The 22nd Property Expo, organised by CREDAI MCHI Thane, concluded recently after a four-day showcase that drew a remarkable response from homebuyers and industry stakeholders. The event featured over 100 projects from 40 renowned developers and 10 financial institutions, attracting more than 20,000 families. Attendees explored a diverse range of properties, and organisers expect many serious buyers to proceed with purchases in the coming months. The 22nd Property Expo, hosted by CREDAI MCHI Thane, concluded recently following an engaging four-day event that received an overwhelming response from homebuyers and real estate stakeholders. Jitendra Mehta, President of CREDAI MCHI Thane, stated that the key highlight of the expo was the presence of serious home seekers, with many expected to finalise purchases over the next three months. The event, held at Highland Gardens, Thane West, showcased a wide array of properties, featuring over 100 projects from 40 leading developers and 10 housing finance companies and banks. More than 20,000 families visited the expo, exploring housing options catering to various budgets and preferences.
Expressing his delight at the expo's success, Mehta mentioned that the event provided an excellent platform for homebuyers to explore and invest in their dream homes. He acknowledged the hard work of the CREDAI MCHI Thane organising team and attributed the success of the event to Thane's appeal as a preferred residential destination.
Alongside property showcases, the expo also hosted insightful seminars, workshops, and panel discussions on key topics such as emerging housing trends, sustainable development, and the future of real estate in Thane.
Highlighting the significance of Thane's real estate market, experts noted that the city continues to witness substantial housing launches and sales within the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR). They emphasised Thane's appeal as a culturally rich, safe, and well-developed urban hub, making it an ideal choice for homebuyers.
Ajay Ashar, Past President of CREDAI MCHI Thane, emphasised that the event reinforced the 'trust factor' among homebuyers. He pointed out that CREDAI-MCHI Thane has played a vital role in aligning real estate development with the city's growth, ensuring a reliable platform for both buyers and developers to connect.
Sandeep Maheshwari, Chairman of the Expo Committee, remarked that Thane remains a thriving real estate hub, continuously evolving to meet the needs of home seekers. He reiterated that, like previous editions, this year's expo successfully provided a secure environment for prospective buyers to realise their dream of homeownership.
Manish Khandelwal, Honorary Secretary of CREDAI MCHI Thane, announced that the digital version of the expo would continue for the next year, enabling those who missed the physical event to explore property options online via www.credaimchi.com. He highlighted that the association has been an integral part of Thane's development and social framework, making its upcoming 23rd Property and Home Finance Expo an ideal opportunity for aspiring homeowners.
The award winners of the 22nd Real Estate & HFC Expo 2025 were also announced. The Most Innovative Brand Communicator of the Year award was won by Rustomjee Group. L&T Realty secured the Best Debut Stall award, while Bank of Maharashtra was recognised as the Best HFC Stall. The Best Consumer Awareness Initiative for Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana was awarded to Grihum Housing Finance. Narang Realty & Courtyard Real Estate won the Best Informative Stall award, whereas Vihang Group was honoured with the Best Design Stall award. As anticipation builds for the 23rd edition, the expo's legacy as a trusted real estate event continues to grow.
