Reporting a 26.7% revenue growth to INR 1,665 crore in FY 2023-24, driven by an 84% membership contribution, WeWork India continues to lead the flexible workspace market across eight major cities.

WeWork India, a leading provider of flexible workspaces, has recently secured two major office leases in prominent locations across India. In DLF Cybercity, Gurugram, the company has leased two floors that will accommodate over 1,400 desks, spanning approximately 1.17 lakh square feet. In Chennai, WeWork has rented two additional floors in DLF Cybercity, Manapakkam, covering about 1.26 lakh square feet and providing space for more than 1,900 desks.

Both the WeWork Building 6 in Gurugram and WeWork Building 10 in Chennai are scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2025, marking another significant expansion of WeWork's footprint in India. These new locations will cater to the increasing demand for flexible and innovative workspace solutions in key business hubs.

In October this year, the company launched WeWork 37 Cunningham in Bengaluru, spanning over 61,000 sq. ft. and housing 891 desks across four floors. This centre offers white-golve hospitality including gourmet food and beverages from brands like Maverick and Farmer and Nandan Coffee.

As per its filing with the registrar of companies the company reported a 26.7% increase in revenue for the financial year 2023-24 at INR 1,665 crore. The growth was attributed to a surge in membership which contributed to 84% of the total revenue, a 49% increase from the previous fiscal year.

Currently, WeWork operates across eight major cities in India, providing more than one lakh desks. WeWork India's continued expansion in key cities demonstrates its strong position in the flexible workspace market, catering to growing demand for adaptable office solutions. The upcoming openings highlight the company's commitment to providing modern, collaborative workspaces.
