Trehan Group, a prominent real estate developer in Rajasthan, has announced the launch of Trehan Vistaar, a residential plot project in Alwar. The project, strategically located on the Delhi-Bhiwadi State Highway and connected to the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC), offers excellent connectivity and convenience for residents. Divided into four phases, the project will deliver 393 plots in the first phase within a two-year timeframe. Trehan Group plans to provide a range of amenities, including gated security, a clubhouse, parks, water harvesting, sewerage facilities, and well-developed roads, creating a desirable residential township.
Trehan Group, a real estate developer based in Rajasthan, has announced the launch of a new residential plot project named Trehan Vistaar in Alwar, Rajasthan. The project is located on the Delhi-Bhiwadi State Highway and is connected to the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC), offering strong inter-state connectivity and travel mobility to the project.

The project is divided into four phases, with the first phase comprising 393 plots expected to be delivered within two years. Trehan Group plans to add additional amenities and develop residential township features such as gated security, clubhouse, parks, water harvesting, and sewerage facilities, as well as wide roads within the project.
At the launch of the project, Nisarg Trehan and Yashpal Saini, Directors of Trehan Group, stated that Alwar is a promising real estate market witnessing a spate of real estate developments. They added that they are glad to be one of the leading real estate developers in the region and optimize its infinite real estate growth capacity.
Furthermore, they mentioned that the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway is the largest infrastructural project of the Government of India, which will establish sound connectivity between five states, enhance travel convenience, and cut back long and tedious hours of travel. The project is located on the Delhi-Bhiwadi Highway and is closely connected to the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway, which will harbour long-term investment returns and solid connectivity for the investors.
The Trehan Group has already delivered residential projects in many locations in Rajasthan, including Alwar, Bhiwadi, and Neemrana. The Group has projects like Trehan Amrit Kalash and Apna Ghar Shalimar in Alwar. They added that they are taking a different route this time by launching a residential plot project, whereas their previous offerings were apartments and residential societies in the region.
Apart from Alwar, the Trehan Group also holds a growing presence in Gurugram. The Group is currently developing 320 high-end luxury independent floors in Golf Course Extension Road, Gurugram. In addition to the newly launched Trehan Vistaar project in Alwar, Rajasthan, Trehan Group has completed several other residential projects in the region and has ongoing projects in various stages of development. Some of the completed residential projects of Trehan Group in Rajasthan include Trehan Amrit Kalash and Apna Ghar Shalimar in Alwar, and Trehan Hill View Garden and Trehan Delight Residency in Neemrana.
Moreover, the Group is developing several other projects in Rajasthan, including Trehan Hillside Extension, Trehan Hill View Extension, and Trehan Hill View Garden Extension, all in Alwar. Additionally, the Group has several ongoing projects in Bhiwadi, including Trehan Hill View Garden Phase 2, Trehan Delight Residency Phase 2, and Trehan Hillside Extension Phase 2.
