This brings the fund's total corpus to INR 40 crore, with an additional INR 40 crore committed for future investments. Build Nivesh LLP (previously 'Labdhi Nivesh LLP') has announced the final closure of its inaugural real estate AIF, showcasing significant investor interest by utilizing 100% of the green-shoe option. The fund's final close achieved a total corpus of INR 40 crore, alongside an additional INR 40 crore in investor commitments for add-on investment opportunities, thereby increasing the total investible corpus.
Build Nivesh LLP is now part of 'BUILD Capital', a specialized entity focused on Real Estate Asset Management. The fund aims to explore investment opportunities in real estate developments across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR).
Mr. Kuldeep Jain, CEO and Co-Founder of Build Capital, who brings extensive expertise in real estate advisory, corporate fundraising, and project financing, stated, Build Nivesh will form part of our larger Real Estate Asset Management business currently being incubated under the BUILD brand. The fund plans to partner with Labdhi Lifestyle Limited to invest in four to five projects, focusing exclusively on the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) by acquiring significant minority stakes."
