Synopsis

The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) has opened an e-auction portal for over 300 properties, offering residential and commercial spaces in prime areas of Lucknow. Registration is open until December 11, and the e-auction will take place on December 16. The available properties include housing plots, schools, hotels, and mixed-use spaces. Notably, Basant Kunj Yojna's Sector-H residential plots start at INR 32,955 per square meter. The LDA expects a strong response and hopes to match the success of its last auction, which generated INR 515 crore.

The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) has launched an online e-auction portal to sell over 300 residential and commercial properties. This decision follows the directions of Vice Chairman Prathmesh Kumar. The portal provides a convenient way for buyers to bid on properties across the city. Registration is open until December 11, and the e-auction will be held on December 16.

LDA's e-auction will offer a variety of properties. These include group housing plots, hotels, nursing homes, schools, and fine dining spaces. Residential plots, especially in Basant Kunj, are also available, starting from 60 square meters. Buyers can choose from different property types and locations, catering to various investment needs.

One of the key areas in the e-auction is Basant Kunj Yojna. Residential plots in Sector-H are priced at INR 32,955 per square meter. These plots are a great option for buyers looking to invest in a well-planned area. Other popular locations like Gomtinagar, Janakipuram, Sharadanagar, CG City, and Kanpur Road also have plots available offering buyers more prime options.

Secretary Vivek Srivastava said a previous LDA auction raised around INR 515 crore. LDA hopers this e-auction will attract similar interest and revenue. Additional Secretary Gyanendra Verma is confident that properties in prime locations, like malls, multiplexes, city clubs, and CNG stations, will attract buyers and investors.

The portal is designed to make the auction process straightforward and accessible. Interested participants can register on the portal by December 11. After registering, they will be eligible to participate in the e-auction on December 16, where they can bid on their desired properties. This e-auction will make valuable properties in Lucknow more accessible. It could transform the city's real estate market and offer new opportunities for buyers in various sectors.
