The authority wishes to create a safe environment for homebuyers and a regulated industry rather than an errant one. The penalised promoters have been given 15days to submit their report and 30days to deposit the penalty amount, failing which the amount will be recovered as arrears of land revenue. The promoter penalised are Gardenia India, Elegant Infracon, Suncity Hi-Tech Infrastructures, Rudra Buidwell Projects, Three C Green Developers, Unibera Developers, Antriksh Engineers, Logix Infrastructure, Gardenia Developers AIMS and Idea Builders.
