At the ceremony, Anand Kumar Bolimera, National Director of Habitat for Humanity India, and Sahil Vachani, Vice Chairman of Max Estates, emphasized the transformative impact of affordable housing. Phase two, set in Bhudla village, will bring 25 more homes by November 2025, showcasing the power of partnerships in uplifting communities.

At the handover ceremony, the 25 homeowners showed joy and gratitude as they entered their homes for the first time. Key representatives, including Kumar Alok Shubham, Head of Human Capital at Max Estates, and Anand Kumar Bolimera, National Director of Habitat for Humanity India, attended the event to celebrate this transformative achievement.

Anand Kumar Bolimera shared his pride in the project's success. He said, "Each home represents dignity, security, and a brighter future for families. Our partnership with Max Estates has helped uplift communities and bring lasting change."

Sahil Vachani, Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Max Estates emphasised their focus on service. He stated, "We believe housing is a basic human right. This collaboration shows our commitment to improving lives and meeting the urgent need for affordable housing."

The second phase of the project will soon begin in Bhudla village. This phase will add 25 more homes, doubling the initiative's reach to a total of 50 families in the Rewari district. The construction is expected to be completed by November 2025.
