Aldar has partnered with Mandarin Oriental to introduce 228 luxury residences on Abu Dhabi's Saadiyat Island, marking the first Mandarin Oriental-branded homes in the city. Aldar has entered into a partnership with Mandarin Oriental, a well-known global hospitality brand, to bring Abu Dhabi its first Mandarin Oriental-branded residences on Saadiyat Island. This collaboration will develop 228 luxury homes, which are expected to go on sale later in 2024. Residents will also have access to 3,500 square metres of high-end dining options along the Zayed National Museum promenade. In addition, 60,000 square metres of retail, entertainment, and leisure spaces will be available at the nearby Saadiyat Grove.
