RM Drip and Sprinklers Systems is set to establish a new manufacturing facility in Nashik through its proposed subsidiary, Brahmanand Pipes Pvt Ltd, with an annual capacity of 12,000 tonnes. This expansion will increase the company's production capacity by approximately 50 per cent and cater to higher demand across irrigation, infrastructure, and industrial segments. Juniper Green Energy has initiated power generation at the 72-MWp solar segment of its 133-MWp hybrid project in Solapur, Maharashtra, which was commissioned on January 10. Developed by its subsidiary Juniper Green Spark Ten Private Ltd, the solar segment was completed 10 months earlier than planned, following the first phase of 36 MWp commissioned last September. Four significant sewage treatment plants under Namami Gange Phase II have become operational in Uttar Pradesh, strengthening wastewater management in cities along the Ganga and Yamuna rivers. Two plants in Agra, one in Varanasi and one in Unnao's Shuklagunj collectively serve over 46 lakh residents. The Agra plants cost INR 842 crore, Varanasi's 308 crore and Unnao's 65 crore. Waaree Renewable Technologies has secured an order worth INR 102.75 crore for the execution of a solar power project on a turnkey basis, according to a regulatory filing. Larsen & Toubro (L&T) has moved to take full control of its offshore marine construction joint venture, L&T Sapura Shipping Private Limited (LTSSPL), by acquiring the remaining 40% stake from Sapura Nautical Power Pte Ltd for INR 122.39 crore (about USD 30.5 million). L&T will buy over 6.35 crore shares at INR 19.26 each and settle Sapura�s outstanding shareholder loan of roughly USD 16.93 million.
