Mindspace Business Parks REIT reported a 26% year-on-year rise in net operating income to INR 634 crore for the July-September quarter, with a distribution of INR 355 crore to unitholder-up 16.3% from last year. CEO Ramesh Nair said leasing activity reached 0.8 million sq ft with strong rental growth and record occupancy of 94.6%. Including its recent Q-City acquisition, occupancy stood at 93.8%. Backed by low leverage and a solid balance sheet, the REIT plans to invest in development and acquisition opportunities. Mufin Green Finance, a non-banking financial company (NBFC) specialising in electric mobility and clean energy financing, has raised INR 50 crore through a non-convertible debenture (NCD) issue, with InCred Capital Wealth Portfolio Managers as the investor. The NCDs carry an 11% coupon rate and mature in 15 months. The raised capital aims to strengthen the company�s lending base while diversifying its funding sources. About 90% of the funds will go toward medical premium financing, and the remaining 10% will be allocated to EV loans, battery financing, and solar panel installations.Read more

Chalet Hotels reported a consolidated profit after tax of INR 154.81 crore for the quarter ending September 30, marking a strong turnaround from a loss of INR 138.51 crore in the same period last year. The V.O. Chidambaranar Port Authority (VOCPA) in Tuticorin revealed that it has entered into 28 agreements with major players in the green-energy space, totaling investments exceeding around INR 1.27 lakh crore (over USD 15 billion). The key pacts include a storage facility for green ammonia with Green Infra Renewable Energy Farms Private Limited (a part of the Sembcorp group) valued at INR 25,400 crore; a green ammonia production plant with ACME Green Hydrogen and Chemicals Private Limited (1,200 MTPD) worth INR 12,000 crore; and a 300 TPD facility with CGS Energy Private Limited valued at INR 5,000 crore. Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) reported a 45% fall in its consolidated net profit to INR 318.26 crore for the quarter ended September, compared to INR 582.71 crore a year ago, despite a 12% rise in operating revenue to INR 2,040.89 crore. Total expenses increased to INR 1,671.54 crore. The Tata Group company expanded its portfolio to 570 hotels after signing 46 new properties and opening 26 in the first half of FY26. Goswami Infratech, part of Shapoorji Pallonji Group (SP Group), is preparing a major two-year bond issue worth around INR 250 billion (USD 2.84 billion) to refinance existing debt and support corporate purposes. The issuance will be backed by SP Group's 9.2% stake in Tata Sons through Cyrus Investments. Deutsche Bank, which managed a previous 143 billion rupee bond in 2023, is expected to lead this sale. The Kerala government has identified 584 individuals and organisations that have defaulted on payments or violated conditions of government-leased land, collectively owing INR 665.30 crore. Revenue Minister K. Rajan presented district-wise details, revealing Ernakulam owed the most at INR 280 crore, followed by Thrissur with INR 201.34 crore and Thiruvananthapuram with INR 104.70 crore. Despite the huge arrears, only 2.737 hectares have been recovered so far. The state lacks a unified record of unauthorised land occupation, relying instead on district data. ACME Solar Holdings Ltd recorded a sharp rise in its consolidated net profit during the July�September quarter of the current fiscal, reaching INR 115.06 crore compared to INR 15.2 crore in the same period last year.
