Valor Estate, formerly DB Realty, has emerged as the highest bidder for Lavasa Corporation, offering INR 771.09 crore for the hill city project near Pune. The bid is part of an ongoing insolvency resolution process for the debt-laden project, which has over INR 6,642 crore in liabilities. The resolution plan is in draft stage, subject to environmental clearances. This marks the third attempt to resolve Lavasa's insolvency after previous bids failed. Zomato co-founder Deepinder Goyal purchased a premium apartment spanning nearly 11,000 sq ft in DLF's ultra-luxury residential development, 'Camellias', located on Golf Course Road, Gurugram, for INR 52.3 crore. The transaction was executed in August 2022 and formally registered a few months ago, according to data analytics platform Zapkey. Industry experts now estimate the property's current market value to be between INR 125 crore and INR 150 crore, reflecting the sharp appreciation in Gurugram's luxury housing segment. The Telangana government has sanctioned over 13,200 homes for Chenchu tribals under the Indiramma housing scheme.
