The Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) is set to auction 93 prime plots across Hyderabad from September 17 to 19. The plots are located in areas including Bachupally, Turkayamjal, Kokapet, Poppalguda, Chandanagar, Bairagiguda, Gandi Maisamma, Suraram, and Medipally. The upset prices range from INR 35,000 to INR 1.75 lakh per square yard. Israel Aerospace India Services Pvt Ltd, a subsidiary of Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI), has leased a 45,277 sq ft office space in Gurugram's Intellion IT Park for a monthly rent of INR 32.14 lakh. Window Magic has been appointed to provide uPVC and aluminium windows and doors for the Sarojini Nagar redevelopment project in New Delhi.
