Office-space provider Table Space has expanded its presence in the National Capital Region (NCR) by leasing around 5.4 lakh sq ft of workspace, bringing its total portfolio in the region to over 22 lakh sq ft. The new leases include about 50,000 sq ft at Worldmark 4, approximately 85,000 sq ft at DLF Downtown, around 1.5 lakh sq ft at Godrej GCR, roughly 70,000 sq ft at Good Earth Business Bay II and about 1.9 lakh sq ft across four floors at Atrium Place. In addition, the company has added more than 3,000 ready-to-move-in seats under its 'Suites' format.Read more

KPI Green Energy has entered into an agreement with Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Ltd (GUVNL) to supply electricity from a 150 MW wind energy project. This follows a Letter of Intent issued under GUVNL's competitive bidding process and subsequent approval of the tariff and PPA by the Gujarat Electricity Regulatory Commission. The project will start supplying power in November 2027 at a fixed rate of INR 3.64 per unit for 25 years. The move strengthens KPI Green's wind portfolio and supports its target of 10 GW of renewable capacity by 2030.Read more

NBCC said the collaboration aims to create mutually beneficial ventures and expand its international footprint. The Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) and Bhubaneswar Development Authority (BDA) have handed over more than 100 flats to beneficiaries under the third allotment phase of the Shantipalli Awas Yojana, part of the Keshari Residency project in Satya Nagar. With this phase, 560 families have now received homes�326 in the first phase held last November and 121 in the second. Odisha�s Housing and Urban Development Minister Krushna Chandra Mahapatra stated that the project, developed under a public�private partnership, will ultimately provide 1,300 units, including 840 for the Economically Weaker Section (EWS). Of these, 560 G+4 flats are already complete and occupied. The initiative, one of three affordable housing projects under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) in Bhubaneswar, is complemented by ongoing works at Ekamra Residency in Buddha Vihar and Barunei Enclave in Subuddhipur.Read more

The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) has approved leasing around 15 acres of land at the closed Mulund dumping ground to Navbharat Mega Developers Private Limited (NMDPL), an Adani Group special purpose vehicle (SPV) executing the Dharavi Redevelopment Project with the Maharashtra government. The lease, set for 10 years, will carry an annual rent of INR 18.35 crore at a rate of INR 252 per sq m per month. The land will be used to set up casting yards, precast units, and RMC plants essential for construction. However, the site still holds around 50,000 metric tons of solid waste awaiting clearance before work begins.Read more

JA Solar announced it had signed a module-supply agreement with Larsen & Toubro (L&T), the EPC contractor for the Samarkand 1 and 2 utility-scale solar PV plants in Uzbekistan. The two projects, developed by ACWA Power, will together have a capacity of 1.2 GW and are projected to power hundreds of thousands of homes while offsetting over one million tons of CO? annually. M3M India has announced a major expansion with the launch of its 150-acre integrated township, Gurgaon International City (GIC), on the Dwarka Expressway Link Road. The company will invest INR 7,200 crore in the project, which is expected to generate around INR 12,000 crore in revenue. IMFA has signed binding agreements to acquire Tata Steel's ferro-chrome plant in Kalinganagar, Odisha, for INR 610 crore, marking a major expansion in its production capacity. The plant, with 99 MVA of furnace capacity (66 MVA operational and 33 MVA under construction), will raise IMFA's total capacity above 0.5 million tonnes per annum, making it India's largest and the world's sixth-largest ferro-chrome producer.
