ACME Solar Holdings Ltd has bagged a 400 MW/1,800 MWh firm and dispatchable renewable energy project from SJVN at a tariff of INR 6.75 per unit for 25 years. JSW Energy has launched India's largest green hydrogen plant in Karnataka to supply clean hydrogen and oxygen to JSW Steel's low-carbon steel production. Developed under the Production Linked Incentive Scheme, the plant will provide 3,800 TPA of green hydrogen and 30,000 TPA of oxygen under a seven-year offtake agreement. The company also plans to supply significantly larger quantities of green hydrogen and oxygen by 2030. With 30.5 GW of locked-in generation and 29.4 GWh of storage, JSW Energy aims to expand capacity and achieve carbon neutrality by 2050.Read more
