Sporta Technologies has leased 169,250 sq ft in Ascent Worli, Mumbai, under a five-year agreement with a starting monthly rent of INR 5.07 crore and 4.75% annual escalation. The deal includes exclusive access to 135 car-parking spaces, a security deposit of INR 30.46 crore, and CAM deposit of INR 1.26 crore, along with a 36-month lock-in period and six-month fit-out. This lease, one of the largest single-tenant deals in Mumbai this year, reflects the company's aim to optimise costs while moving to a premium, well-equipped office in a prime commercial hub.Read more

THDC India Ltd is progressing toward full commissioning of its 1,000-MW pumped storage project at Tehri, with the final two units planned for activation in December 2025 and January 2026. Two units were already brought online earlier this year, strengthening the project's role in improving grid stability. Built at an estimated cost of INR 8,339 crore, the project uses the Tehri and Koteshwar reservoirs for water recycling between peak and off-peak hours. Once fully operational, the Tehri hydro power complex will reach an installed capacity of 2,400 MW, including existing hydro assets.Read more

Vikram Solar has commissioned a fully automated 5-GW solar module facility in Vallam, Tamil Nadu, increasing its total annual production capacity to 9.5 GW. The new plant spans 27,000 sq m and is based on advanced TOPCon technology, supporting M10, G12 and G12R formats. The facility integrates robotics, automated material handling, and built-in quality checks, most of which are being used in the country for the first time. Vikram Solar plans to supply modules produced here to utility-scale, commercial, industrial, and distributed generation projects nationwide. Rakesh Roshan and his wife Pramila 'Pinkie' Roshan have expanded their commercial property portfolio in Mumbai with the purchase of five office units in Andheri East for a total of INR 19.68 crore. All units, located in the Vaidya West World One Aeropolis building, were registered earlier this week. Together, they span over 7,500 sq ft of carpet area and include ten parking slots. Two offices were bought under Rakesh Roshan's name, while three were registered to Pramila Roshan. The couple paid more than INR 1.18 crore in stamp duty. UAE-based DAMAC Group has launched a Global Capability Centre (GCC) in Noida through its new shared-services arm, DAMAC Shared Services India (DSSI), to support its global operations. The Noida centre occupies about 22,622 sq ft of leased office space and will host over 250 employees. The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) is preparing to introduce its large-scale IT City housing township along Sultanpur Road by early 2026, designed to accommodate close to one lakh residents. CIDCO has unveiled a housing scheme offering 4,508 ready-to-move homes across Navi Mumbai's Taloja, Dronagiri, Ghansoli, Kharghar, and Kalamboli nodes.
