Greater Noida auction surpasses expectations with INR 521 crore in residential plot sales

Noida Authority to ask EOW to audit builders who rejected rehab deal

The Noida Authority is considering reaching out to the Economic Offences Wing (EOW) regarding developers who have not utilised the UP-government's rehabilitation package for stalled residential projects. Greater Noida Authority increases one-time property rent by 15%
