alt.f coworking is set to expand its presence in Hyderabad with the launch of a 775-seat premium coworking centre at Meenakshi Tech Park in Gachibowli. Scheduled to open next month, the facility targets small and mid-sized businesses by offering fully serviced, move-in ready offices with no upfront setup costs. The company is also providing a limited-period incentive of 30 days rent-free occupancy for early bookings. Designed with a European-inspired aesthetic, the workspace will include private cabins for teams of 15-50 members, alongside shared amenities. The expansion aligns with growing demand for flexible, cost-efficient office solutions in key business districts.
alt.f coworking has announced the launch of a new coworking facility in Hyderabad, further strengthening its footprint in one of India's fastest-growing office markets. The upcoming centre, located in Gachibowli's Meenakshi Tech Park, is designed to cater to small and medium-sized enterprises seeking premium workspace solutions without high upfront capital commitments.
The 775-seat facility is positioned as one of the company's largest offerings in the city, with a focus on fully serviced, ready-to-move-in office spaces. The design incorporates a European-style layout, with an emphasis on natural materials, lighting, and functional aesthetics, aimed at creating a professional yet less formal work environment.
The workspace will primarily feature enclosed private cabins accommodating teams ranging from 15 to 50 employees, allowing organisations to operate within dedicated spaces while benefiting from shared infrastructure. Additional amenities include lounge areas, a members caf, high-speed internet, and facility management services, forming part of an all-inclusive pricing model.
The company indicated that the offering is structured to address key challenges faced by businesses in securing office space in established commercial hubs such as Gachibowli. These challenges typically include high fit-out costs, security deposits, and recurring operational expenses such as maintenance and utilities. By consolidating these into a single monthly fee, the model aims to improve cost predictability for growing firms.
As part of its market entry strategy for this centre, alt.f coworking is offering an introductory incentive, allowing businesses that commit before the launch to avail of a 30-day rent-free period. The move is expected to support early occupancy and accelerate leasing activity.
Founded in 2016, the company currently operates multiple centres across Delhi-NCR and Hyderabad and has outlined plans to expand further within the city, including additional locations in HITECH City. The Hyderabad expansion reflects broader trends in the flexible workspace segment, where demand continues to rise among startups and mid-sized enterprises seeking scalable and operationally efficient office solutions.
